Love this Hampton Inn! Every room is Always so clean & fresh linens! The sign at front door says that they are renovating but you definitely cannot tell that it needs to be. Front desk employees are so friendly and welcoming! I love that you offer a hot breakfast including hot oatmeal.

The hotel is our place to stay when passing through McAlester. Rooms are clean and comfortable, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient to casual dining. It is pretty much the same as every Hampton Inn. We would stay here again.

We were hot & tired at the end of a long day of driving. Pulled in to ask about vacancy. Was not given a price quote, but a booking instead. We had a nice room that was cool & quite. The tub faucet did drip continuously & there was an old stain on a chair, but we easily overlooked those. We felt comfortable & safe. I slept better than I have in any motel. My husband enjoyed the provided breakfast. My service dog was not bothered by hallway noise at all. I would recommend staying here.

We came in last night at about 10 pm after having nothing but issues with a different hotel. Hannon was amazing. He was able to get us in a room quickly and was very compassionate. We will definitely be staying here every time we come through.

Might want to use another hotel if in this area. Got stranded in the elevator when the power went out - no problem with that, things happen - but the response by the hotel staff and specifically the General Manager was nothing short of awful. No communication from anyone why we waited for 20-25 min in the elevator, then finally my wife was able to find someone to at least check on us. Shout out to the local Fire Department for getting us out but the GM of the hotel treated us very badly when she was confronted about their lack of response. Unimaginable to blame a customer for the Hotels lack of action as we sat in a pitch black elevator with no idea if anyone was even aware. You can find better places to stay folks.

Are there even maintenance workers at this place?? My wife and I travel a lot and we usually always stay at Hilton owned places because they are usually well kept. Unfortunately in this case we were wrong. The service was nice and the workers were kind. The location is excellent for where we were going and plenty of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area. The thing that bothered my wife and I is how dilapidated the room was, to the point that a whole door was missing to the closet. I do not have a high standard for Hamptons but there is definitely a standard and this place was far from meeting it.

Value, not sure the bed was as comfortable as HI Exp, but acceptable. Absolutely pet friendly, hotel appearance was decent except for cigarette butts at entrance. But IÂ¿d say on par with the HI Exp in McAlester, which weÂ¿ve stayed at a few times.
